A married father spent most of his life stuck in fear. It stemmed from childhood abuse. There was so much anger. He expected to be living in fear the whole of his life.

The patient was a 40 year old male. Within a few sessions the level of fear, anxiety and anger had dissipated to such an extent that he no longer experienced bouts of rage. He even had difficulty reconnecting with these feelings. After the first session he was incredulous that the rage had gone.
